Study of Surface Roughness of Cutting Isothermally Hardened Ductile Iron in Tosa Knife Forging Technique Based on Intelligent Calculation

With a long history of more than 600 years development, the Achang Tosa knives have always been handmade and made in strict accordance with tradition absorbing essence foreign cultures. It is not only tool or gift, but also “knife culture” local “folk ethnic characteristics Yunnan. In this paper, we begin our research on by compiling literature conducting field to investigate jointly created neighboring groups studying forging process knives.
